hello, researchers.  i would like to find out more information about
the company who makes the "Heirloom Collectibles" sweaters that are
sold in some stores (as far as I know, in Kohl's).

Where is the company based?
Who do they sell their sweaters to for distribution?
Is there a contact person for the company?
Is there a contact person for the designer?

I've tried looking for information, but my search skills are weak. 
This is not for any research, just for personal interest, so just
about any scrap you can find will be appreciated.

Hi Banchan,

When I was working on the answer earlier, I tried to get into the U.S.
Trademark Office's web site, but it wasn't responding.

The site is up now, though, and it confirms that "Heirloom
Collectibles" is a trademark used for "ladies knitted sweaters" made
by Tiara International. See the Trademark data at uspto.gov:
