I'm in the process of starting a company and am trying to decide what
type of entity to form (e.g. corporation, LLC, S-Corp).  I am fairly
well versed in the different types of entities and the pros and cons
of each but I'm still not entirely confident as to which one would be
the best for my particular situation.  Obviously, a next step could be
to retain the services of an attorney but before I head down that
path, I'm wondering if there are any online message boards that offer
legal advice of this nature.  I seem to remember hearing about one a
while back but I can't remember the name of it.

A satisfactory answer to me would be either (1) one high-quality,
high-traffic message board where I could post the details of my
situation and receive advice or (2) two medium-quality, medium-traffic
message boards.  I realize that this is a bit subjective so feel free
to post your possible answer as a comment and I will let you know if
it sounds acceptable.

In addition, if there might be any other resources (e.g. offline
resources) that might be helpful to me in my situation, feel free to
let me know about those as well.

That's a really good site but unfortunately it doesn't seem to get a
ton of traffic in the business formation forum.  I posted a few days
ago and haven't heard anything and it appears that a lot of the
questions posted there do go unanswered.  Do you happen to know of any
other similar boards that perhaps get more traffic?
