when my colleague pinkfreud found the answer for you. You seem to have
been equally impressed and called her answer "excellent." 
Consequently I was shocked to see that you rated it three stars which
says "merely satisfactory" or "mediocre". Since you didn't ask for
clarification I assume the answer met all your expectations.

I know pinkfreud and the researcher community are dedicated to giving
excellent service and appreciate getting ratings that reflect  their
performance. I notice that this was the first question you've asked so
you may not have been aware that the ratings have significance for the
researcher and getting a low rating for an excellent answer is
extremely discouraging.
