Visit the website www.rootsweb.com and click on the FIND A MESSAGE
BOARD box and enter the search phrase "HARRISON COUNTY" and find the
link in blue letters for HARRISON COUNTY, TX to click on that and post
your query on that message board so that a local genealogical
researcher can confirm for you whether or not there would be a hard
copy or microfiche copy of any possible newspaper available, and there
might also be other sources that could be checked. Are you trying to
trace his surviving family? If so, then any additional clues you
could provide would help (his date of birth, wife's name and date of
birth/death, children's names, his occupation, etc.).

SINCERELY,
