which regulations do i have to follow to start my own business after
earning my bachelors degree within the us during my opt. is it
possible to use opt for own business, which other ressources can i use
for my research.

it is the Optional Practical Training which means you are to allowed
to work for 12 months within the us after you have earned your
bachelor degree as a foreign student

stanroek - I don't know, but some advice...I do know people who have
done similar things, then could not renew their visas, wrapped up and
left...

So, there's some extra risk involved...
