When I do a search on Will or wills (i.e. the thing people write to
give away their hard earned money when they die) I get thousands or
even millions of hits.
This is of course because it is been confused with the common word like 'will'
in 'I will' (i.e. the auxilary verb) or wills as in wanting something to happen.

As I am not a search expert can you help me with my dilemma.
Please use the Google search engine as the search engine I would be using.

   Cheers

Hello Mongolia--

I have carefully considered your needs and have your answer.

What you need to keep in mind when conducting searches via search
engines is that you can use more than one word to help you best fit
your needs.

Also, if you have a particular set of words or a phrase you'd like to
search, put those words in quotation marks in the search window. This
will tell the search engine that you want to search for web pages that
have only those particular words together in that particular order.

I conducted several searches that may help you. First I conducted a
Google search for the following terms: legal will

Searching these terms will eliminate most of the auxiliary verb
"wills" that you have been getting. You may view the results of this
search online. The link is
://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=legal+will

Next, I searched the following terms: "living will"

You may view the results of this search online. The link is
://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=%22living+will%22

Finally, I conducted a Google search for the following phrase: "last
will and testament"

You may view the results of this search online. The link is
://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=%22last+will+and+testament%22

I hope this helps. If you need any clarification or further
information, please don't hesitate to click the "clarify" button.

Thanks,

Another combination of keywords that gives appripriate results is
"holographic will":

"Holographic," in this sense, means "written in the handwriting of the testator."

Oops. Please forgive my misspelling of the word "appropriate" in the above comment.

The search string "will codicil" also gives good results:
