I am going to marry an Egyptian girl who is Muslim.  The family needs
to see a certificate of my conversion to Islam.  How do I get this
from America?

The masjid (mosque) where you pray Jummah or where you learned about islam.  

Do not become muslim just to marry a muslim, but become muslim to go
to Paradaise and be safe from the hell fire.
