What are the mobile phone penetration rates in Scandinavia, UK and/or
USA for children. I am ideally looking for 8-17 years of age, but
other similar segmentation should work as well. Statistics should be
no older than 2002.

According to a 2002 survey by Oftel mobile penetration in the UK for
children aged 12-14 is 83%. For the age group 15-24 it is 86%.
