I am looking for what law experts say are the 3-5 major challenges
facing large law firms, and a few articles that describe these. A
good "substitute" would be TRENDS among large law firms, PARTICULARLY
if it relates to the hiring of non-lawyer types to help them run their
firms more like a business. I will pay a 50% bonus for a useful
answer that arrives by 7am (EST) tomorrow (Tues 1/27). Thanks, and
good luck.

I am now only looking for trends among large law firms (or 2 or more
articles about) that relate to large law firms hiring non-lawyer types
to help them run their firms better and more like a business
(analyzing rates, profitability of clients, new services to offer, new
or enhanced technologies to better serve clients, etc.) Titles for
the role, which is more common among OTHER professional services
organizations might be "business manager" or similar. Thanks
