Hi hulove!

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the name of the movie is "I'm Losing You".

"Synopsis: On the eve of his sixtieth birthday, Perry Krohn learns he
has one year to live. He must deal with his family, including his
washed-up actor son Bertie and adopted daughter Rachel [Rosanna
Arquette], who is actually his niece. Bertie meanwhile gets involved
with HIV positive Aubrey, and Rachel works out her ennui by helping an
old Jewish woman cleanse the bodies of the dead. Then this woman tells
her that her parents were not, as she thought, killed in a car
accident, but rather her father murdered her mother then committed
suicide. All the characters must somehow come to terms with death."
