As nelson-ga has mentioned in his comment below, the username and
password fields on 2000charge.com's homepage is to allow their
registered customers to log in and access their account settings for
the various web-based services that 2000charge.com offers. New
customers would sign up for a new account with 2000charge.com using
the 'Signup' link in the top menu.
Is this all that you are wondering, or am I reading your question wrong?

Aht-ga researcher please note that I am satisfied with your simple
answer but please note again that I now want to slightly change
the above mentioned question so therefore please provide the
answer of the below mentioned simple question in the answer
form below so that you shall be able to earn money of this
simple question:
I want to purchase 'paid membership' of US$ 20 of a certain
website and that certain website uses the service of above
mentioned www.2000charge.com international billing company for
payment for its membership through Visa credit cards so
therefore I want to know that "HOW" can I fill and submit
the "sign-up" form indicated in that international billing
company website so that I shall be able to register my
account and then I shall be able to purchase 'paid
membership' of US$ 20 of that certain website??

I must admit that I am not exactly sure what it is you are asking, so
perhaps some clarification on my part may help.
2000charge.com provides e-commerce services for other websites. You,
as a customer or potential customer of one of these other websites, do
not need to have an account with 2000charge.com. Instead, the website
that you are doing business with, should be providing you with either
an online order form, or an online subscription form, to collect your
payment information. That payment information is processed for the
other website by 2000charge.com.
Again, you do not need to use the login form at 2000charge.com. That
login form is for the customers of 2000charge.com; in other words, the
people who operate the website you wish to subscribe to.
If you are trying to set up a subscription to a website, then you
should be looking on that website for an online subscription form. You
should not be looking at 2000charge.com.
Does this help?

aht-ga researcher please note that you have told above that if I
want to purchase 'paid membership' of US$ 20 of a certain
website then I should be looking at the "online order form
or online subscription form" of that certain website and I
should not be looking at the login form of
www.2000charge.com website so therefore please note that I
want to purchase 'paid membership' of US$ 20 of the below
mentioned website and please note again that I had
"accurately and completely" filled the "Visa credit card
online payment form" which is indicated at the below
mentioned website but after clicking its 'submit' button
that Visa credit card payment form 'returned' and it could
not be processed:
http://netverifier.com/join/join.asp?siteid=
So therefore I want to know that "WHY" that Visa credit card
payment form returned and it could not be processed?
NOTE: Please note that my Visa credit card is "VALID and active and I
had filled and submitted that Visa credit card payment form 'many
times' for last two or three days".

There are many possible reasons for your credit card to not be
verified, ranging from a restriction placed on your card by your
credit card issuer for online use, to an incorrect card verification
number (as mentioned above by robertskelton-ga), to even a failure in
the verification service provided by 2000charge.com.
It appears that 2000charge.com does provide end-user help support for
users of NetVerifier. Since you indicate that you have tried to
complete this transaction over several days without any success, you
are best advised to contact then at "help@2000charge.com", as listed

I suspect the problem you are running into is because your credit card
issuer is not permitting your credit card from being used online. Have
you previously used this credit card online successfully? Different
credit card processors (companies like 2000charge.com) have different
levels of requirements for verifying the information you provided. For
example, I notice on the NetVerifier form that they ask for your
country on the first page. However, at least on the form that I see,
Pakistan does not appear on the list. Which country are you selecting?
There is a possibility that 2000charge.com is detecting the difference
in country versus issuer, and is declining it on that basis. Anyway,
good luck!

Aht researcher as asked by you please note that previously I had
"successfully" purchased membership of US$ 50 of adult website
of www.realfreeavs.com from Pakistan country and
www.pswbilling.com website which is international or worldwide
billing company provides online Visa credit card payment
transaction service of that adult website. Secondly I want
to clarify that in the above mentioned online credit card
payment form the name of Pakistan country is 'not' indicated
so as an alternative I had selected the name of India
country in that form but please note that after clicking its
'continue' button another form appears but in that another
form the name of Pakistan country has been 'indicated' so
therefore I then selected the name of Pakistan country in
that another form and then I had completely and accurately
filled and submitted that payment form so therefore I want
to know that because of this difference the 'processor' of
www.2000charge.com website might not be processing my Visa
credit card online payment form?? Please clarify those
statements and many thanks for your help from Shoaib.

Aht researcher please note that you have provided above
excellent help to me for above mentioned query so therefore
as an alternative I have decided to purchase the membership
of US$ 20 of above mentioned website by sending my Visa
credit card details from Pakistan country through 'Fax' by
using its below mentioned webpage :
https://www.netverifier.com/join/joinmail_mod1.asp?siteid=1&lang=0
So therefore I want to know that "HOW" can I send my Visa
credit card details for above mentioned purpose by fax to
that NETVERIFIER INC. organization from Pakistan country??
Aht researcher if it is possible for you to provide answer
of this simple question then please provide the answer of
this question in the below mentioned answer form so that
you shall be able to earn money for this simple question
and many thanks for your help from Shoaib.

shoaib-ga:
Thank you for your clarified Question regarding how to purchase a
NetVerifier subscription through their fax-in order option.
As you noted in your Clarification, the fax-in order information is
provided on NetVerifier's website at:
https://www.netverifier.com/join/joinmail_mod1.asp?siteid=1&lang=0
As indicated on this website, you are required to provide your credit
card information, along with some form of certification that you are
older than the age of 18, all to be sent to NetVerifier at their fax
number 1-813-925-3890.
So, to ensure that no information is transmitted incorrectly, please
do the following:
Use a font that is both easy-to-read and easy-to-fax, such as Arial,
and use no smaller than 14 point Arial.
Provide the requested information, as follows:
-----------
Referring Site Number: (from the original site you are trying to join)
Order Information -
Number of years access:
Number of months additional Elite status required:
Total Amount to be charged to credit card:
Name: (as it appears on your credit card bill)
Address: (again, as it appears on your credit card bill)
City:
State:
Country:
Postal Code:
E-mail address: (very important!!)
Credit Card Type: Visa
Credit Card Issuer: (the name of the bank that issued you the Visa card)
Credit Card Number: #### #### #### ####
Credit Card Expiry: mm/yy
Statement of Consent:
"I, <insert your name here>, hereby declare that I am over the age
of eighteen, and that by this facsimile tranmission, do request that
my order for NetVerifier membership be processed and charged to my
Visa credit card as described above."
Signed: (very important that you sign the statement)
Date: (today's date)
-----------
Ideally, all of the above will fit onto a single page when you print
it from your computer. Locate a fax machine that is capable of dialing
an international number (or use a fax modem if your computer has one
that is connected to a telephone line), and send the fax to
1-813-925-3890 in the US.
I hope this helps!

Aht researcher you have provided excellent answer above and I
am satisfied with your answer but please note that in that
below mentioned webpage;
https://www.netverifier.com/join/joinmail_mod1.asp?siteid=1&lang=0
it is also written that a customer can also send by Fax "a
copy of his driver's licence or ID" if that customer want
to send his Visa credit card details by Fax for purchase of
that Netverifier Inc. company's membership, so therefore I
want to know that what is the meaning of that mentioned
statement?? My second question is that after completely
filling that mentioned Visa credit card form can I also
send that mentioned 'Visa credit card form' by "postal
mail" to that Netverifier inc. company for its processing for
purchase of membership of that Netverifier Inc. company?
After receiving your answer I shall give ***** rating to
your beautiful answer.

shoaib-ga:
The information regarding the driver's license or ID refers to one of
two ways for NetVerifier to be able to say that they have verified
that you are over the age of 18. The driver's license issued by most
countries (to allow you to drive a car) usually includes the driver's
date of birth. Similarly, many identification cards also list the date
of birth of the card-holder.
However, in your case, I would encourage you to only use the signed
statement mentioned above to certify that you are over the age of 18.
Since you are in Pakistan, there is really no way for NetVerifier to
know if the identification card or driver's license that you photocopy
is authentic. So, a signed statement is actually better for them.
Also, you will need to sign the statement to authorize the purchase,
anyway, so it is easier for you to just provide the statement instead
of also photocopying some form of identification.
As for mailing your application form along with the credit card
information, there is no mention on the NetVerifier site that this is
acceptable to them. They state that for credit card orders, they
prefer that it be faxed. However, there is no reason why they would
NOT accept a credit card order by mail, it will just take a lot longer
for them to receive and process your order if you mail it instead of
faxing it.
If you do choose to mail your application, then you will need to mail
a letter containing the information I listed above in the Answer, to
the following address:
NetVerifier
13603 West Hillsborough Avenue
Tampa, FL 33635
I hope this helps!

Aht researcher I want to ask from you a slightly different
question and if you are interested in it then please provide
its answer. Aht researcher I can also send the 'international
money order' to that Netverifier Inc. company for purchase of
that membership by making payment by my Visa credit card
through the website of www.ikobo.com which is international
money transfer company sending international money orders
anywhere in the world and please also note that ikobo.com
company will send 'i-kard' to that Netverifier Inc. company so
that representative of Netverifier Inc. company should be able
to "withdraw" that money of US$ 20 from any Visa plus ATM
located in their locality and because www.ikobo.com website is
"password protected" so it means that 'only' I can use that
mentioned ikobo.com website to make payments to that
Netverifier Inc. company for above mentioned purpose so
therefore i want to know that Netverifier Inc. company would
send to me its company's 'paid password' at my email address
after withdrawing that money from any Visa plus ATM located
in their locality?? Many thanks for your help from Shoaib.

shoaib-ga:
While the Ikobo.com service is a great one, I suspect that
NetVerifier, as a business operation, would have some difficulty with
any form of payment that does not match their listed options (credit
card, personal cheque). Again, the only way to verify this would be to
contact NetVerifier directly. The Ikobo.com method of payment is not
considered a standard method of payment, so the likelihood of
NetVerifier being willing to accept it is unfortunately low.
Thank you for the opportunity to help you, and I hope your transaction goes well.

address" of that Netverifier Inc. organization then in this
situation that Netverifier Inc. organization shall be able

Unfortunately, I have no way of finding out the answer to your
clarification request. Your best approach is to simply send them an
e-mail asking them if they would accept it; Google Answers policy
prevents me from approaching them on your behalf. Definitely ask them
(by e-mail) first before you send any scanned images to their e-mail
address, though, or else they may mistake your e-mail address as a
source of spam, and block any future e-mails you send them.

Aht researcher please provide a little more clarification of
your answer. I want to mention that if I send my Visa
credit card details by fax to that Netverifier Inc.
organization then in this situation all the information of
my Visa credit card will come in front of the employee(s)
of that Netverifier Inc. organization and therefore it is
possible that the "EMPLOYEE" of that Netverifier Inc.
organization might "misuse" the money of my Visa credit card

problem ?? Many and sincere thanks for that help from

You will encounter the exact same risk anywhere that you use your
credit card. If you go to a restaurant and hand over your credit card
to the waiter to pay the bill, the waiter also has full access to
enough information to misuse your card. It comes down to this: if you
do not trust the employees of the company, then why would you want to
do business with that company?
