I am trying to find a listing of all property owners of this
developement.  This development was the first of its kind sold by the
Grand Bahama Development Company in the 70's.  I am an owner and need
listing.

The entire development (over 100,000 acres) was sold to 
Americans in that early to late 70's.  

This is a difficult request and if accomplished will be rewarded accordingly.

This undeveloped land totals about 100,000 acres of land on the
Northeast side of the Island. It is completely owned by US owners.

Do not go to the Grand Bahama Development Co for listing nor the GBPA for listing.

I am an owner of property in Lucaya Estates. I am trying to obtain
information about future development of this land, will it be
developed, or what is the status of this property. I would like to
sell, but not sure if it is marketable. Am anxious for any information
available.

I have not been able to find any online resources for this
information.  However, Deeds in the Bahamas are recorded at the
Registrar General's office.  Here is their contact information:
