I called Allen's management company, and they informed me that Allen
doesn't have a publicist. They suggest that you instead contact her
agent, Doug Warner, regarding any PR matters, at:

(The address for Shapira & Associates sometimes comes up as: 15301

Btw, via Web searches, the only publicist I could find associated with
Krista Allen is Stan Rosenfield, long-time PR agent for Allen's
on-again, off-again boyfriend, George Clooney.
