Hi!!
After research I found a software that can do the trick.
The program is Emailchemy, it is a shareware software.
Its homepage is:
http://www.weirdkid.com/products/emailchemy/index.html
The "Emailchemy - User Manual" page is:
http://www.weirdkid.com/products/emailchemy/doc/index.html
I suggest you to read carefully the entire document, but the following
paragraphs are the most related to your question:
"Introduction:
Emailchemy is a utility that helps you regain ownership of your email.
Emailchemy reads email from the proprietary formats of the most
popular (and many of yesterday's forgotten) email applications and
converts it to a standard, portable format that any application can
use.
The primary idea behind Emailchemy was to convert all the various
proprietary email formats to The One True E-mail Format - RFC-822.
This is the official Internet/ARPAnet standard for email that has been
around since 1973. However, Emailchemy was built with a "pluggable"
architecture that allows it to easily convert to other formats as
well.
Things you can do with Emailchemy:
ˇConvert email to standard formats
ˇMove your email between Windows, Mac OS, Mac OS X, and UNIX/Linux systems.
ˇRepair or clean mailbox files
ˇRemove proprietary extensions from mailbox files
ˇCondense separate email files and archives
ˇSplit large email files into individual email files
ˇPrepare email for entry into a database
ˇMake older email Year 2000 compliant "

Comma-separated value files (.csv files)

Using Emailchemy:

Importing your converted mail into Outlook:

Note that if you are moving your email to a computer that runs
different operating system (i.e. switching from Windows to Macintosh),
we recommend that you perform the conversion on the target computer
(the one you are moving the email to). Otherwise, you'll have to
adjust the settings for newline sequence in the Preferences dialog to
match the target operating system.
Because this notice I suggest you to try first with the trial version
before purchase in order to know what is the version that you need,
Mac or Windows.
Read also the Trialware Notice:
