Hi leobeno!!

You donīt need nothing special to see TV from the Internet, you do NOT
need a TV card or the newest PC, just need to have installed the
proper software and an Internet conection. For most TV and Radio
channels a modemspeed of only 28.8Kb/s is required, but a high speed
conection like Cable or DSL is recommended.

At wwiTV.com I found a guide to watch Live TV broadcasts on the Internet:
"In order to receive Live TV or Radio you only need some FREE Software
and a soundcard + speakers. Most TV and Radio Stations use RealPlayer
and Windows Media Player. Some TV stations use Quicktime...
Pop-up stoppers should be disabled in order to startup TV stations.
Internet Explorer 6.0 users should not play web media in the sidebar
to avoid problems of all kinds. Explorer 6 keeps bugging about invalid
media files (some TV stations don't work anymore) and it kills the
frames navigation! (Simply disable web media by going to Media
Options/Settings/Disable play web media in the bar).
Installing other media players like the Yahoo player can cause
problems! Result is a lot of Mediaplayer TV stations don't work
anymore...
Some Firewalls (used in Networks) make it impossible to receive
streaming media. Ask your Networkadministrator for more info.
Sometimes connections are very slow and it can take a while before a
channel works. In some cases the channel won't load at all. Carefully
read the error message and most important: be patient."

You can download the necessary software for this purpose following these links:
REAL PLAYER:
http://www.real.com/player/index.html?

Windows Media Player:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp

Quicktime:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

You can test if you need to install one of these programs and/or plugins here:

Related to the pages from where you can access to TV shows my
suggestion are wwiTV.com and Web TV List:

wwiTV.com:
This is a very complete directory of TV channels over the Internet.
When you click on the name of a TV channel at the wwiTV.com website,
the website of the TV channel pops up and the Video stream will load
itself in the RealPlayer or MediaPlayer. You need to have JavaScript
enabled in your Webbrowser otherwise NOTHING will happen. Please follw
the on screen instructions.

Web TV List:
A site that claims to be the world's largest collection of Live
internet TV stations and video feeds.

Note that it is common that the web TV stations not work properly
and/or are down many times.

You can also try with some specific software (shareware):

- WorldTV V4.0:
"WorldTV will easily help you watch and listen to the whole world.
There are 587 built-in TV channels, 146 radios and 65 movies in
WorldTV now, and we will add more and more programs to our database in
our server, when WorldTV runs, it will access our server and download
the last program database at background automatically. These programs
include 81 countries around the world..."

- TVonline V3.0:
" There are 201 built-in TV channels and 137 radios on TVonline,
including China(Chinese and Guangdong dialect) and many other
countries, such as USA, UK, Japan, France, German,..."

TV in RealPlayer format:

Search strategy:
