I am looking for any laws (State or Federal) that lay out minimum
insurance coverage for Brokerages covering Health Industry Companies. 
I am going to put out RFP's to Brokers, and I need to know what their
insurance coverage is under Alaska Law or Federal Law.

I am looking for what minimum insurance coverage that brokers need to
carry.  I am looking for a broker to work with my company (health care
provider) but, I need to know what the law says the brokerage has to
have for their insurance coverage and I need to know what law dicates
this coverage, i.e. Federal, state, or city.
