Hello Maxi--

A point of clarification, if you don't mind: You're looking for a
listing of available scholarships for which you don't have to pay any
money to apply for network and programming training courses, correct?

Could you tell me what level of education this would be for? Are you a
high school graduate? college graduate? Would this be continuing
education or are you looking to enroll as a full-time student?

Also, how many scholarship listings are you looking for?

You said you are looking for "college graduate".  Does this mean that
you are looking for on line scholarship information for graduate
school?  Or are you looking for scholarship information for an
undergraduate degree?

Would you be willing to go to any college anywhere in the world?  Or
do you mean that you are interested in scholarships no matter where in
the world they originate?
