I'm interested in a broad overview of the players in the Integrated
Marketing industry in the SF Bay Area (think Thunder Bay).  An
acceptable solution would include a list of players (it doesn't have
to be comprehensive, but should include more than a few) separated
into large, mid-sized, and small firms.    $10 tip if answer includes
industry specialties that come from knowledge of the companies rather
than what anybody can find on their websites.
