When I boot windows XP, it gets to amdagpxp.sys and BOMBS big time. 
System reboot.  What is happening and how do I fix this?

I saw that link too. Disturbing fact is that I think this is heat
related as turning off the machine for 30 minutes and the machine
boots up fine.  I don't know how long I can just leave it on tho.

Memtest shows my box as 100% fine, even though it has to run all night to test(?).

I guess a better question is what IS amdagpxp.sys?  AMD AGP card for XP?
