this accident.  Please let me know if that is the case.

Also...can you add ANY other details.  An approximate date of the
accident (which year, which decade, before or after World War II --
anything to narrow down the range).  Other names Ms. Adams may have
gone by (maiden or married, nicknames, etc).  Anything you can think
of.
