I am an undergraduate Finance major currently contemplating pursuing Series 7 certification through self-study. Please help me work through the following quick issues regarding this examination - all these short concerns should be rather easy to answer for someone with prior experience. Thank you! Basics of the Test: - Who is qualified to take the Series 7 exam, and what is the cost for the test / licensing? (and does one need a sponsoring corporation/firm?) - What are some recommended study materials? (saw plenty of materials on Amazon - what comes highly suggested?) - Where can I find a large collection of sample questions / practice tests? Marketability of Series 7: - Once certified, how much marketability / practical edge does the Series 7 provide? Progression of Testing: - What is the progression of Brokerage / Money Management certification after completing the Series 7? |
