I'm looking for the point spreads for previous super bowls, and all
NFL playoff games.  I need all previous super bowls (if indeed there
were point spreads for all of them - if not, I need evidence of when
the point spread system started), and at least 10
years worth of playoff games.

I have located a listing of previous Super Bowl point spreads for
games I to XXXI. However I could find no point spreads for previous
playoff games.

Please let me know if this information interests you.

able to locate the point spreads for games I-XXXI. However, after
further research I located the remaining point spreads from individual
websites.
