WIFE, TWO DAUGHTERS, AND SISTER IN LAW WANT TO GO TO NEW ORLEANS FOR
LONG WEEKEND...FLIGHT IS BOOKED...THEY WANT TO GO TO A TWO DAY COOKING
SCHOOL PREFERABLE AT FAMOUS RESTEURANT FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS DAILY FOR TWO
DAYS TO LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT CAJUN COOKING..CAN YOU FIND OUT WHAT IS
AVAILABLE...ALSO, THEY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE DINNER AT THE CHEF'S TABLE
AT AN UPSCALE RESTEURANT...IS THAT AVAAILABLE IN NEW ORLEANS...THANKS,

I would NOT go to the New Orleans School of Cooking for their 'private
dinner' demonstration.  We paid $54/each and saw no cooking done and
did not participate in any food preparation.  The dinner was
pedestrian (chicken/sausage gumbo, chicken jambalya/rice, bread
pudding) for the price and not representative of ANY other regular
restaurant in the city.  Go anywhere else BUT there.
