Randy--

Sounds like you've had some bad experiences. Finding someone who will
not lie to you, I doubt would be guaranteed by any researcher. I can,
however, provide you with contact information of some legitimate
companies that can help you sort out fact from fiction and help you
make your purchase. Would this be acceptable?
Also, I want to clarify: You're looking to purchase a condo - you're
NOT looking for a timeshare - Correct?

Thanks,

darrel-ga

YES, LOOKING FOR CONDO...NOT A TIMESHARE....AND YES, I'VE BEEN SCREWED
MORE THAN I DESERVE BY EVERYONE FROM STOCK BROKERS, INSURANCE AGENTS,
REAL ESTATE PEOPLE, AND JUST ABOUT EVERY OTHER OCCUPATION THAT
EXISTS...RANDY

Randy--

Thanks for your clarification. One more question. How many of these
types of companies would constitute an acceptable answer?

Thanks,

Randy--

You mentioned you've "been taken advantage of" by plenty of
industries, including real estate agents.

One thought is to give you the names of some licensed real estate
agents in that area. Would this be an acceptable answer?

I ALREADY HAVE THAT...USUALLY THERE IS A PERSON CONNECTED TO A
UNIVERSITY OR THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT HAT WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT
THE REAL ESTATE CONDITIONS...I'M SURE LAS VEGAS HAS A PR PERSON OR
COMMUNITY LIASON THAT WILL KNOW THE ANSWER..I HOPE YOU CAN
HGELP....ANOTHER ONE WOULD BE A RETIRED REAL ESTATE AGENT THAT WILL
WORK WITH YOU OR A LIST OF BUYERS BROKERS WOULD SUFFICE. THANKS,
RANDY

One more question: Are you looking for someone who is willing to help
you for free or at cost?
