i run a reseller service site and currently a supplier of dedicated
windows server that i have been with for over 19 months has decided to
relocate and will not offer their services to the public until june
2004.

im looking for another (any) site that can offer window dedicated
servers, for an affordable price that my clients can purchase. i am
not looking for sites that have affiliate promotions, nor reseller
plans nor anything specific like that. but i have a requirement of the
servers to be set up instantly (with dedicated servers, instant means
1-4 hours on average, or a day at max.) most sites that offer instant
setup advertise it as instant setup, and not as instant approval or
something like that. it would be also quite benefitial if the setup
system is automatic and no feedback call is required for the order
placement.

basically, im looking to be presented with a list of sites that offer
windows dedicated servers (not unix, freebsd or others) that can be us
based or other countries, that will allow my customers to visit the
site and purchase (hopefully using a credit card, online check or wire
transfer) a dedicated server that will be setup "instantly" (within
1-4 hours, or a day at max)

system without a feedback call, and with primarily credit card/online
check/wire payment plans

please take your time, time is not of the essense here, i expect
quality AND quantity, rather the work to be done quickly. the more
sites are presented, the better the chances of me considering a tip

Having handled a similar query previously, I know that finding a
dedicated provider that 1) offers instant or one day setup and 2)
doesn't require a feedback call is a difficult task.  Dedicated
providers do not like to offer these options because of the prevalence
of fraud online.

They apparently like it even less when it comes to Windows servers -
nearly half of companies offering instant setup don't offer Windows
hosting.  Even so, I hope you find this list helpful:
