Hello oleku-ga,

I have found all of the universities in Canada, USA, and Europe that
have control engineering programs at the masters level (the list is
within your 50-100 range). Regarding your other requirements:

1. All universities in this list accept students into Masters programs
who have done Bachelors degrees from foreign countries as long as the
institution is recognized within that country.

2. Most graduate level applications require some sort of interview
(either in person or by phone) so you aren't going to have much luck
finding very many institutions with an entirely online application
process. In most cases, you will find that the "online" portion of any
application will simply be to collect your basic information and
perhaps ask you a few questions to which you can provide written
responses.

3. The cost of these individuals programs tend to change on a regular
basis (with demand, inflation, etc.) so the best thing to do in this
respect is to narrow down your list based on the merits of the
programs and then look into the costs. Of course there are various
other factors relating to cost than the actual tuition that you should
keep in mind such as room and board, potential for
scholarships/bursaries, and cost of living index. These will all vary
based on whatever choice you make and will probably not be explicitly
stated by the universities themselves.

country) and also provide the lab(s) at each university that are
dealing with control engineering most heavily.
