Q1 What are the names and telephone numbers of the top 3 US companies
/ US organizations that "own" the largest databases of "nonpublished"
US wireline telephone numbers (i.e. a home or business telephone
number that cannot be found via dialing 411, searching a local
phonebook, using Google Phonebook)?

Q2 How do these companies obtain these nonpublished telephone numbers?

Q3 Why would a large company have need for a person's nonpublished telephone number?

Please don't provide me the names of the big RBOCs / ILECs / Etc.:
SBC, BellSouth, Verizon, Quest, CenturyTel, Sprint, etc. These firms
are regulated telephone companies and cannot legally provide
nonpublished / unlisted telephone numbers ... because it is classified
as CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information).
