The case you cited is itself an appeal of the original divorce
settlement, and it affirmed the original distribution of the pension
plan that was divvied up between the two.

I'm not sure what you mean by "successful challenges" to the decision.
The couple are divorced, and presumably stayed that way. Are you
asking if either of the parties to the case pursued an additional
challenge to the Apellate court's findings? Or do you want to know if
subsequent case law has altered the court's view of how a pension plan
can be handled in a divorce proceedings?

I would like to know if there were any subsequent case law that has
altered the way the pension was was divvied up and any changes to the
original court case.
