I'm trying to decide whether to support John Edwards for President (or
even Vice President) but I'm concerned about some reports floating
around that he made most of his money suing OB doctors claiming that
their errors during the delivery process resulted in Cerebral Palsy.

Here's what I'd like to know.

1. A quick synopsis of his cases over the years that he was a malpractice attorney.

2. Did he in fact win most of his cases by linking Cerebral Palsy to
doctors' errors during labor and delivery as charged by this
apparently biased source?

3. If true, can I get a transcript of one of his representative
Cerebral Palsy cases.

4. Can someone point me to a reputable medical journal article on the
linkage between delivery procedures and Cerebral Palsy?
