Affiliate tracking software:  I am looking for a robust affiliate
tracking program that can be installed on our Win2K/IIS5 server. 
Ideal would be a .Net/SQL Server solution.  It would be a big plus if
it included access to the source code for customizations.  No monthly
fees, no
hosting by the provider--we want to host this ourselves.  This will be
used to sign up affiliates to refer prospects to us via banners (and
similar) with links that include their affiliate ID.  Commissions are
earned for resulting sales, a web-based page for affiliates to track
their commission earnings and
payments; admin tools for us to manage the program.  Multi-tiered commission
tracking desired.  It should be able to track referrals for any of our
products and subscription services across multiple domains on our
server (thus, an affiliate can post banners, etc. for as many of our
products and services as desired).

I have found cybertrakker.com but it is a PERL-based solution.
