I have a Canon 1ds 11 megapixel and produce Raw files. I would like to
find a printing service that can do the following:

1) Blown up my PSD images to poster size (approximately 4X3feet or
thereabouts) at very high quality on vinyl or photographic paper.
Quality is important.
2) Will collor correct the image and resize it.
3) Will mount the image on 1/2 or 3/4 inch black foamcore
4)Will put a matte laminate on top of the image
5) will turn the project around in one week

My question is: Given the above, can you show me comparisons of three
digital printing services that you would recommmend that will do the
above at a very reasonable price? Please list size, quality in dpi,
cost, mounting and as many factors as are relevant. Services should be
working with proffesional photographers.

Please back up your answer with a compariosn chart showing services
needed and specific prices. Also back up your  recommendation with a
few reviews or on- line discussion examples praising the service.

Deliverables: An excel spreadsheet showing comparison. A paragraph
outlining the reasons for your recommendation. Direct links to
