I would like to find a reputable plastic surgeon in mexico? There is a plastic
surgeon in cancun called el majo (the magician) where can i find this plastic
surgeon?

If this doctor's nickname is translated as "the magician," the
nickname is probably "El Mago" rather than "El Majo."
