Question ID: 302976
What do major companies lose every year in terms of worker
productivity/lost dollars/days at work, etc., due to internal family
dynamics/problems involving Parent & their child(ren) between the ages
11-19?

I would like to get hard numbers > lost hours, days, costs in terms of
real dollars & productivity. I also would like links supporting the
info, citations, etc.,

A description of those problems, what are the most common & most
troublesome? A list would be fine with support of where the info came
from> How common are these problems for employees of corporate
america? Statistics, on how many families are there where one or both
parents job performance, productivity, job stability & security have
been affected or impacted?
Or odds that they will be???
Stats on what the impact of these problems are on the parents > lower
productivity, depression, lost work, etc. > again just a list with
supporting info would be great.
How much money could corporate America save if they could reduce or
elimnnate these problems within their employees' families. Again
support for the information.

Great > thanks!!!

I don't have any specific stats for you, but I do recommend the book
"Take Back Your Time" -- you can find out more about it here:
http://www.simpleliving.net/timeday/

I am currently reading the book and it addresses these issues and
offers solutions. There are statistics available as well, but I don't
believe that there are any as specific as what you've listed (issues
related to that specific age range). However, I do recommend it to add
to the information on the topic. Good luck!

Sincerely,
Boquinha-ga
