Under new laws, schools admitting students that come to the USA on a
student Visa are required to maintain information of student
enrollment status, address and other vital statistics. Is this
information and other information such as the duration of the
visa/sponsorship acessible through the freedom of information act or
other established process? If so, which agencies and/or school
offices are requests sent to? How are such requests made and
handled?
