Is there Contact Management Software which supports photos in vCards?
I am using Apple Computer's "Address Book" and it does support photos
with vCard 3.0
It needs to be ported to Windows but so far I can't find a Windows
product that supports photos on the cards.

Sorry but there isn't any Windows compatible software that can do that
Apples software do (vCard image store)
