I'm looking for a list of blogs of prisoners in Canadian prisons (does
not need to be comprehensive). Will tip double of prisoners are in
British Columbia.

Typically, prisoners are not given any free access to computers, and
every communication they receive from the outside world or send to the
outside world (except for attorney-client communication) is subject to
review and censorship. I have yet to hear of a blog being maintained
by an actual prison inmate, and within the context of North America's
prison systems I would be surprised if there are any.
