Need information on the Fricero family, who resided in the rue
Stanley, Brussels, at least as late as July 1924. Evidently of
Spanish descent, the Friceros were friends of Cardinal Mercier. It
appears that Monsieur Fricero was an engineer, or entrepreneur, or
both.
