Hello Pinkhippo~
You didn?t mention which phase of Atkin?s you are at, but I?ll assume
that since you?re requesting sweets and pasta, you are past Induction,
and are at least in the Ongoing Weight Loss stage.
There are many great websites that offer Atkin?s recipes, using
standard ingredients you can find in a grocery store or market. Here
are some of my favorites:
? The Atkin?s Diet Bulletin Board:
http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com . Scroll down to ?Food &
Recipes.?
? Low Carb Recipes, http://www.lowcarbrecipes.org
? Low Carb Friends, http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/cgi-bin/recipe/recipe.cgi
Some other sites include:
? The Yummy Co., http://www.theyummyco.com/topten/cooking/atkins/10atkins.htm
? Low Carbohydrate Recipes, http://www.lowcarbohydraterecipes.net
? Low Carbohydrate Cooking,

? Angie?s Low Carb Recipes, http://www.angelfire.com/or/justmyplace/recipes.html
? And many others, found at Atkin?s For Weight Loss,

As for chocolates, we on Atkin?s are supposed to be learning to curb
our sweet tooth :) It can be tough, though, which is why Atkin?s
sells chocolate bars. However, they aren?t the only ones selling
low-carb chocolates. Ross, Whitman?s, Russell Stover, and many other
companies are now selling them. Just check the labels before you eat,
to make sure they fit in with your low-carb diet.
If chocolate ice cream will curb your sweet tooth, buy an ice cream
maker (they are relatively inexpensive these days) and use a low-carb
recipe for chocolate ice cream. (There is one in ?Dr. Atkin?s New Diet
Cookbook,? at Amazon:

)
This recipe for chocolate truffles may also do the trick:

You will find other chocolate recipes in the main recipe links I?ve provided.
There is no one ideal pasta replacement, unfortunately. Much depends
upon the dish. For example, cabbage (believe it or not!) is an
excellent replacement for egg noodles in such dishes as stroganoff.
(Just slice it into egg-noodle size piece and boil it in water; if you
want to entirely rid the cabbage of it?s cabbage taste, add cream to
the pot.) You?ll find other substitutes at the main recipe websites
listed. Also note that you *can* use some pasta, once you?re past
induction. It should be eaten only rarely, and has less carbs if it?s
cooked al dente (a little firm).
Not being familiar with your ?bang bang? sauce, I cannot possibly
offer a perfect substitute. However, a classic satay sauce includes:
sugar, peanut butter, cream, lemon juice, and spices. If you just
substitute the sugar for a sugar substitute, and use no-sugar-added
peanut butter, you should be good to go. (For an example of a satay
sauce recipe, see Cooks.com:

Good luck!
