I am looking for a court decision relating to overcharging in relation
to motor vehicle repairs.I believe a quote was given and the customer
was overcharged.I believe the case may be in the Federal Court of
Australia and one of the parties has the name Raceway in it.I believe
the case relates to deceptive and misleading conduct.
