What is typical child support calculation for higher incomes (e.g.
combined $200,000 income split about 2/3 and 1/3 between spouses in
Maryland. I know there is a chart to $10,000 monthly income (120k
annually), but what typically happens above that? And, for
calculation purposes, if both parties have small businesses (sole
proprietor and sub-S) which vary greatly each year in net income, what
is typically used and why, latest year, average of 3 years, average of
5 years? What is law versus what is typical practice?
