This is a very interesting business. They don't like to publish
market facts, and while I am not sure why, I just wanted to let you
know that before we get down into what I have for you as an answer!
First off, I feel that a good place to start would be a consulting
service for veterinary vaccination companies.
The one that I know if is Brakke, out of Texas. However, they will
make you pay for the complete report. I have emailed the person in
charge of this survey to see if I can finnagle some of the information
out of them without a charge....I will post that later as a
clarification if I can get that information.
But, here is their company information, for now:
I found a pretty comprehensive list of companies on a consulting site:

could piece together for you.....
My search strategy was simple:
1) I found a seemingly comprehensive list of animal health companies
2) Research them on their own website as provided by Google.com upon
searching the company names.
3) Calling the ones around me to see if I could get an even better
list from them, or more information. That was pretty much futile, but
hey, I tried!
4) After learning more about the industry on the sites, I researched
more to see if I could find a ranking list, because I am sure that
they have one.
5) Pieced all of the info together for you! :)
