How can I combine Coldfusion technologie with flash technologie ? Or
how can I display database contents in flash ?

You can:
<ol>
<li>Output your CF results as XML templates, then import them; or
<li>Use their new product, flex
(http://www.macromedia.com/software/flex/); While this is designed to
work as a J2EE tool, I suspect is will be accessible from CF
Enterprise
</ol>
