I have found listings of several hundred battery manufacturers, but
none in the two countries you mentioned.  Many of the manufacturers
are in China.  A typical listing looks like this:

I believe there are a couple of manufacturers in Bangla Desh. There
was one in the brand name of "KOHINOOR"
Any way, even if you do not find any names of Bangla Desh & Sri
Lanka,I would still be interested in manufacturers of other countries.
I can accept the list suggested by you.

You,re right, there is a company named Kohinoor Battery in Bangladesh.
 They are a member of the Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation,
and can be seen listed on the BCIC website at:
