Hello.
I would like to receive a list of companies that offer online legal services.
The description of the answer I would like to receive follows:
You must find 10 companies that will create an employment contract for
my i-business using my terms and conditions. I am not able to go the
office so the process must be only online. Please limit your search
only to those sites, where I can pay with my credit card.
Regards.
Bill.

Hello--

I've found a number of sites you may be interested. But just to
clarify: Are you looking for legal sites that would allow you to buy
an employment contract and download online and allow you to edit and
insert your own terms and conditions, are you looking for legal sites
that will provide full-service attorney services via the Internet and
can custom write your contract, or both?

Thanks,

darrel-ga

Bill,

Thanks for your additional information. I made a few more phone calls
for you this afternoon and realized I have one more point of
clarification.

It likely will be best if we find someone who's knowledgeable about
legal issues in your particular state/province/country. Could you
please let me know your city and location?

Thanks,

darrel-ga

Hello bmdesignz,

I would very much like to help you with your question. I can provide
a list of six services which will allow you to post your case and
connect with an attorney online. Only one of them will definitely
allow you to pay online with a credit card. There are not very many of
these services as online legal services are still a fairly new
concept. I can also provide you with additional links to sites that
can provide downloadable employment contract forms. I should be able
to provide you with this information very quickly if this is an
acceptable answer.

(These services are not limited as to part of the country, so long as
you are located in the US)

Let me know,

Hello?

Thanks for all your clarification. I have spent several weeks working
on this question and have your answer.

First, I assembled a list of business and employment attorneys who
have web sites and meet your needs of being able to create an
employment contract for you using your specifications: your terms and
conditions, complete online correspondence, and accepting credit cards
as payment.

What took the longest time was confirming this information. I
contacted each of the 10 firms I?m giving you to confirm they would be
able to do this. I am also providing their web addresses and a contact
E-Mail address for you to get started.

I recommend sending an E-Mail to the ones you?d like to consider,
telling them more information about your exact needs, that you are
unable to visit their offices, but need to create your employment
contract. I would go ahead in these letters and outline some of the
specific terms and conditions you want to include. You may wish to ask
specific questions of each of these attorneys in order to help you
determine which one is best for your specific needs. Each of these has
different specialty areas, but all have experience writing employment
contracts like the one you?re looking to have prepared.
