We are looking into a restaurant location in North Vancouver, Canada.
There have been several other restaurants in this location that have failed. We
would like to know some reasons why some restaurants have failed and others have
succeeded.  We are also interested in any research
that can explain what consumers look for in a local pub/restaurant.

location, you will most likely need to locate an expert familiar with
the area you are considering.

Otherwise, I could provide you with some advice and research as to why
some restaurant locations fail, and what consumers seek in a local
establishment - but gathering and presenting such information will
require some work.  I would like to recommend, therefore, that you
consider increasing the proposed price for your question.
