Hi paperlessjoey,

I believe the next numbers in the sequence are 477 and 526.

The following is an explanation of how I arrived at these results:

1. Take the middle number from 199 (9), square it (9x9=81). Add 81 to
the original number, 199+81=280 (which is the 2nd number in the
sequence).

2. Take the middle number from 280 (8), square it (8x8=64). Add 64 to
the original number, 280+64=344 (which is the 3rd number in the
sequence).

3. Take the middle number from 344 (4), square it (4x4=16). Add 16 to
the original number, 344+16=360 (which is the 4th number in the
sequence).

4. Take the middle number from 360 (6), square it (6x6=36). Add 36 to
the original number, 360+36=396 (which is the 5th number in the
sequence).

5. Take the middle number from 396 (9), square it (9x9=81). Add 81 to
the original number, 396+81=477.

6. Take the middle number from 477 (7), square it (7x7=49). Add 49 to
the original number, 477+48=526.

So the sequence is: 199, 280, 344, 360, 396, 477, 526
