It has been a long time I have been looking for the same type of
services a real assistant would provide but outsourced in a country
where the cost has nothing to do with western countries.

Can you please help me find either a person or a company that could
help me do a quality job for a low amount of $ compared to Europe or
let me know where you suggest I post this ad ?

Task description:

-100% Online:

* data entry: I email a scanned version of all the business cards I
receive when I meet people and the task is to get them into my online
address book
* address book maintenance: check quality, update the address book by
sending email to people regularly to check if their contact info is
still valid, delete duplicates, etc.
* calendar management: send email to people if I need to change the
appointment, update calendar, etc
* remotely manage travel: book tickets online, change flights etc
* organize meetings, arrange logisitics, all remotely of course
* more tasks close to the above list

-as an option, more complicated, off-line assitance (done through
phone to voice over IP systems)

* answer my phone calls and add voice messages to my on-line to do list
* call people in my address book to update information, invite them to
meetings, etc
* book appointments for me with the people I want to meet after having
helped identify them online

I would suspect all the above is not more than 2 to 3 hours a day. 

I guess probably many companies can provide this service. I expect
from the answer a research on the different type of offers available
on the market, their online reputation and cost comparison so that my
choice can be done quickly.

Of course, I am only interested by low cost offers (with good quality)
otherwise I can just hire again an assistant here.

I am not sure about the best choice between finding a company
specialized in that or hiring part time a freelance person, but would
like to compare both.
