Need the name of supervisor of M. Hall so that I may make sure that M.
Hall receives my letter, and the supervisor gets a carbon copy.
In the past, M. Hall said my first letter was not received.
Someone fraudently used my Fleet credit card, and was able to change
the address on my statement, even when my account was password
protected.  I did all the right things; filed a police report, sent in
an affidavit, but it is still not resolved, because Fleet says they
didn't get my correspondence.
