I am in Rochester, NY. I am interested in hosting a large event during
the evening/night in late April 2004. I am considering renting outdoor
spot lights, but I don't know where to get them. First, how much would
it cost to rent 2 outdoor spot lights, and where would I go for them?
Second, would I have to worry about getting a permit for them, or any
other regulatory matters?
