Are you considering investing in a domain purely on speculation, or do
you have a specific business plan in mind that would require a domain
name relating to that specific subject?

I plan on buying them and then reselling them.
Just want the most eyecatching ones that'll attract sellers really quick.
Reselling will be done anytime between 10 days from the time of purchase to 6 years.

used the following positive criteria, in roughly descending order:

* Memorable
* Brevity
* Sex, body image & sexual health always rank high
* Debt management always ranks high
* Real estate ranks high

* Other people's trademarks are bad; they can sue instead of paying you
* Foreign language terms usually bad; national domains are commonly used
